899.00 999.00

ABS is one of the most common filaments used in 3D printing. Mainly used in FDM printing, ABS is suitable to print strong plastic parts that must remain resilient under situations of temperature swings. ABS has a wide application across industries today because of its flexibility, mold ability, and strength. It is used in manufacturing various products like Lego toys, home appliances, and piping systems. Filament weight is 1kg, Spool & Packing weight is extra.

Description

  • +/- 0.03MM TOLERANCE: Our ABS 3D printer filaments are produced with more precise specification and have a tolerance of only +/- 0.03 mm. No matter which 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameters provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle. Almost all 1.75 mm-specification 3d printers in the market are configured to run with the ABS 3D printing filaments.
  • 1.75MM ABS FILAMENT: The ABS filaments are useful in a broad range of printing applications and can be used to print engineering components, electronic enclosures, automotive components and many more. Compared with traditional brittle PLA, ABS 3D printer filaments provide a better strength and temperature resistance for optimal performance. Our ABS filaments are not brittle during 3D printing jobs.
  • VACUUMED SEALED PACKAGING: Some 3D printing materials can be negatively affected by moisture, so this is why Our 3D printer filaments are all vacuumed sealed along with a desiccant pack. This will enable you to easily keep your 3D printer filaments at an optimal storage condition and free from dust or dirt before opening the vacuumed sealed packaging.
  • PRINT PARAMETERS: Recommended Nozzle Temperature is between 230 – 240 and Bed Temperature is 80 – 90. Make sure to use a good adhesive to print the parts. You can use glue stick or Abs Paste to print the parts and avoid war page from the Bed.
  • ENCLOSURE PRINTING: Small prints of a couple of hours can be printed on open machines, however long prints are recommended to be printed in an enclosed machine. Else there might be stress cracks in the prints. The ABS filament is compatible with all machines that print with a nozzle temperature of up to 240.
  • STORAGE TIPS: ABS in filament form is susceptible to moisture. We recommended storing filament in a sealed plastic bag or box after each print (a large ziplock or Tupperware works well). In extreme cases where the filament gets damp, you can bake it in an oven with 50-degree Celsius for about an hour to restore its dryness.
