Carbon Fiber (CF) Composite Filament 1.75mm (1kg)

2,250.00 3,199.00

Carbon Fiber composite filaments are filaments with base material as PLA / PETG / ABS / Nylon combined with approximately 10% – 15% (by weight) chopped Carbon Fibers. These are used for higher strength in the parts compared to parts made out of only base material. These are suitable for printing engineering parts with high strength and higher temperature sustainability. Filament weight is 1kg, Spool & Packing weight is extra.

Description

  • +/- 0.03MM TOLERANCE: Our Carbon Fiber composite 3D printer filaments are produced with more precise specification and have a tolerance of only +/- 0.03 mm. No matter which 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameters provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle.
  • 1.75MM CARBON FIBER FILAMENT: The CARBON FIBER filaments are composite filaments. They contain about 80-90% of the base material and 10-20% CF content. Useful in printing applications which require more strength as compared to basic PLA. Can be used to print engineering components, electronic enclosures, automotive components and many more. Compared with traditional brittle filaments, CF 3D printer filaments provide a better strength and temperature resistance for optimal performance.
  • VACUUMED SEALED PACKAGING: Some 3D printing materials can be negatively affected by moisture, so this is why Our 3D printer filaments are all vacuumed sealed along with a desiccant pack. This will enable you to easily keep your 3D printer filaments at an optimal storage condition and free from dust or dirt before opening the vacuumed sealed packaging.
  • PRINT PARAMETERS: Recommended print settings will be similar to base material temperatures. Nozzle Temperature is between 200 – 240 and Bed Temperature is 50–90. Make sure to use a good adhesive to Print the parts. You can use glue stick to print the parts and avoid warpage from the Bed.
  • STORAGE TIPS: Filament is susceptible to moisture. We recommended storing filament in a sealed plastic bag or box after each print (a large ziplock or Tupperware works well). In extreme cases where the filament gets damp, you can bake it in an oven with 50-degree Celsius for about an hour to restore its dryness.
