PETG is a Glycol modified version of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), which is commonly used to manufacture water bottles. It is a semi-rigid material with good impact resistance. The material also benefits from great thermal characteristics, allowing the plastic to cool efficiently with almost negligible warpage. Filament weight is 1kg, Spool & Packing weight is extra.

Description
- +/- 0.03MM TOLERANCE: Our PETG 3D printer filaments are produced with more precise specification and have a tolerance of only +/- 0.03 mm. No matter which 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameters provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle. Almost all 2.85 mm-specification 3d printers in the market are configured to run with the PETG 3D printing filaments.
- 2.85MM PETG FILAMENT: The PETG filaments are useful in a broad range of printing applications which have the advantage of Low-Odor and Low-Warp. It can be used to print engineering components, electronic enclosures, automotive components and many more. Compared with traditional brittle PLA, PETG filaments are not as brittle and perform better than PLA filaments during 3D printing jobs.
- VACUUMED SEALED PACKAGING: Some 3D printing materials can be negatively affected by moisture, so this is why Our 3D printer filaments are all vacuumed sealed along with a desiccant pack. This will enable you to easily keep your 3D printer filaments at an optimal storage condition and free from dust or dirt before opening the vacuumed sealed packaging.
- PRINT PARAMETERS: Recommended Nozzle Temperature is between 230 – 240 and Bed Temperature is 60 – 80. Make sure to use a good adhesive to Print the parts. You can use glue stick or Abs Paste to print the parts and avoid warpage from the Bed.
- EASE OF PRINTING: PETG filaments combine the benefits of PLA and ABS filaments and are easier to print as compared to ABS filaments. PETG is not as prone to warpage as ABS and does not require an enclosed 3d printer. PETG also performs similar to ABS when kept in direct sunlight but performs better than ABS against UV exposure.
- STORAGE TIPS: PETG in filament form is susceptible to moisture. We recommended storing filament in a sealed plastic bag or box after each print (a large ziplock or Tupperware works well). In extreme cases where the filament gets damp, you can bake it in an oven with 50-degree Celsius for about an hour to restore its dryness.
