Description
- +/- 0.03MM TOLERANCE: Our TPU 3D printer filaments are produced with more precise specification and have a tolerance of only +/- 0.03 mm. No matter which 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameters provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle. Almost all 1.75 mm-specification 3d printers in the market are configured to run with the TPU 3D printing filaments.
- 1.75MM TPU FILAMENT: The TPU filaments are useful in a range of printing applications primarily which require flexibility. TPU filaments have the advantage of Flexibility & Low-Warpage. TPU is widely used to 3D print flexible parts in the engineering industry to print items like bushings, ‘’o” ring & seal, pneumatic seals, hydraulic seal kit / robotics industry like wheels or tires, belt or flat ring / drone parts like anti-vibration pad, sleeve, camera cover, etc. and mechanical & electronic functional parts.
- VACUUMED SEALED PACKAGING: Some 3D printing materials can be negatively affected by moisture, so this is why Our 3D printer filaments are all vacuumed sealed along with a desiccant pack. This will enable you to easily keep your 3D printer filaments at an optimal storage condition and free from dust or dirt before opening the vacuumed sealed packaging.
- PRINT PARAMETERS: Recommended Nozzle Temperature is between 200 – 225 and Bed Temperature is 50 – 70. Make sure to use a good adhesive to Print the parts. You can use glue stick to print the parts and avoid warpage from the Bed.
- EASE OF PRINTING: TPU filaments work best with direct drive machines. They do also print with Bowden type 3D printers but this can require some work to find the perfect settings for your machine. TPU filaments are primarily used for applications where the 3D Printed parts require flexibility. These filaments have a shore hardness of 95A.
- STORAGE TIPS: TPU in filament form is susceptible to moisture. We recommended storing filament in a sealed plastic bag or box after each print (a large ziplock or Tupperware works well). In extreme cases where the filament gets damp, you can bake it in an oven with 50-degree Celsius for about an hour to restore its dryness.
