Shipping and Delivery Policy

TESSERACT delivers the goods purchased by you through its authorised courier partners and not by itself.

At TESSERACT, your order is generally processed and delivered safely within 4-5 business days after acceptance of the order across major parts of India. Other regions may take upto 7-10 business days after acceptance of the order depending on the location and accessibility.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination, the courier partner’s time-to-deliver the goods to the customers location, mega sale events, bulk orders, Government restrictions, force majeure events, festivals and such other circumstances that are beyond the control of TESSERACT. In such situations/ circumstances, the delivery may be delayed beyond the standard delivery times.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. In any event that you are not available to receive your product, we suggest that you specify the name of the person who would receive the delivery on your behalf. i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, TESSERACT takes no responsibility for goods signed by any other person. The delivery of the goods is processed at such address which is provided by you. TESSERACT or its courier partner do not have any obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by you. You agree and understand that TESSERACT shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:

1. Delivery of the good(s) at a wrong address furnished by you;

2. Any loss/ damage to you due to incorrect, incomplete and/ or false information
furnished by you;

3. Any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the good(s)
purchased by you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier partner that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. For any complaints with regards to your order, please call or message our Customer Care orders.tesseract@gmail.com within 4 business days of receiving your order for resolution

All disputes in connection with Shipping and Delivery Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
